Customer Care Representative
What will you be doing?
- Answering calls and emails 24/7 from existing customers in USA and all over the world;
- Manage incidents, problems and requests;
- Opening tickets for Technical Department through ZenDesk application;
- Monitoring pool watcher links from customers;
- Following up and validation resolved tickets with customers;
- Informing customers about scheduled and unscheduled downtimes and power outages;
- Good start in IT career, opportunity to continue further development in technical fields;
- Work with international customers;
- A highly professional, but very friendly team;
What are we looking for?
- Advanced English (Written and Spoken) - TOEFL 100+;
- Advanced PC user. Excel knowledge needed;
- Basic IT skills;
- Communication Skills (able to maintain a professional and effective communication with customers);
- Ability to work in all shifts;
- Experience not needed but will be an advantage.
