Customer Care Representative

What will you be doing?

  • Answering calls and emails 24/7 from existing customers in USA and all over the world;
  • Manage incidents, problems and requests;
  • Opening tickets for Technical Department through ZenDesk application;
  • Monitoring pool watcher links from customers; 
  • Following up and validation resolved tickets with customers;
  • Informing customers about scheduled and unscheduled downtimes and power outages;

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced English (Written and Spoken) - TOEFL 100+;
  • Advanced PC user. Excel knowledge needed;
  • Basic IT skills;
  • Communication Skills (able to maintain a professional and effective communication with customers);
  • Ability to work in all shifts;
  • Experience not needed but will be an advantage.
